Stock & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Our online store is integrated with our in-store point-of-sale system to reflect stock levels accurately. However, if there is a discrepancy, we will contact you.

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • We do not allow back-orders.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon full payment.
  • If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact our store as soon as possible.

Delivery & Collection

  • Nationwide & International Delivery
    • Local (South Africa): Flat rate R140
    • Local Pickup: Free (i’langa Mall, Nelspruit, Mpumalanga)
    • International Shipping: Calculated automatically based on courier rates.
    • International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These fees are not calculated by Jola Boutique and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders are shipped via DHL.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days (subject to courier conditions).
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return period: 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Exclusions: Jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds are issued as:
    • Store credit OR
    • Refund to the original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the wrong item is received, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a return at no charge.

Gift Vouchers & Coupons

  • Jola Boutique offers physical and digital gift vouchers.
  • Gift vouchers and promotional coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If a voucher’s value is less than your order total, you can pay the difference using other payment methods.
  • Coupons are issued at our discretion and are subject to specific terms.
